The timber lined room made a stunning wedding venue for this Missouri wedding described on the Style Me Pretty blog.“From day 1, we knew we wanted to focus the wedding around family and try to make it feel as personal as possible even with a guest list of around 250. So, when we traveled from Chicago to visit the small, German winery town of Hermann, Missouri to look at venues, the decision was simple. My grandparents were married 69 years ago in the small neighboring town of Rhineland, Missouri in a small church just up the street from the farmhouse where my Granny grew up. We decided to be married in that same church, and pack it to the brim with our families and friends. The feeling of being there, surrounded by our families and several generations of my heritage in that town was amazing and we were so blessed to have both of my 92-year-old grandparents in attendance. The image of the hands on the church pew is of my Granny’s hands, and one of my favorite images of the day.
